I am unable to deactivate my airtel broadband service and the phone no for

Dsl no:[protected]_tn
. I have cleared all bills. The customer care number doeasnt have an option to call and deactivate the service permanently.in airtel app there is no means to deactivate the service permanently. Only safe custody which charges 200 rs for a connection that i dont use every month.
