Airtel — airtel change in policies regarding the validity

Hi team,

I am a airtel subscriber and have paid 1000 rupees for getting free incoming for lifetime in 2007 and the validity of sim was upto 2025.
They promised that i will be eligible for lifetime free incoming calls.
Now they are asking me to recharge to get incoming calls and reduced the validity to 1 month
I want to file a complain again airtel for relying on their actions as promised.
This is against the policy they have committed to customers.
