Airtel is cheating by activating the international roaming services late and by not providing the complete activation. There's other problems as well which is as follows:
I'm sick and tired of detailing the issue and explaining it numerous times to each one that called me from the Airtel. Here is my last explanation.
1. Calling - Was disabled on the whole of feb16th which was the day of activating the international roaming service. I was on the streets of a foreign country as I didnt have internet nor calling facility and my sister was on the phone with customer service the whole of that day and finally calling was made active at the end of the day that day.
2. Data - Data wasnt made active and again I had to raise numerous tickets including this to get it active. It was made active only after 20th of Feb.
3. SMS - SMS was working for over 8 days until I had to call out in this ticket.
4. Call Drops - There are calls drops even till this date, your customer care including yourself have called me and there is a call drop after every minute. This continues inspite of the manual setting changes that you asked me to make.
5. Outgoing calls - Each time I make outgoing calls, it says the number is incorrect from march 8th and I'm unable to make calls anymore.
9. Incoming calls - People have to make multiple attempts to reach me as the phone won't connect.
After all if this, they want me to pay 6000 rs as roaming charges for this pathetic service. And I have raised multiple tickets, emails and customer service calls but they won't resolve my issue but just want me to pay. Can you please help me from this exploitation?
