Dear Sir, I am a Airtel user for 6 years. My Airtel no is [protected]. I had recharged with 1GB 3G net for internet. At that time my total talktime was 186 Rs. On 4th May (Monday) while surfing net my Internet limit was exhausted and an amount of 186 Rs was debited from my account without any information. I did not received any information that my data pack was exhausted. It is not possible to check our balance data limit after every usage. It is simply loot of my money. If I had been informed I could have done another recharge of net balance. As per the latest guidelines of TRAI, you should inform the customer when 80% & 90% of the data plan is exhausted.But i did not received any such communication. Need your kind help to resolve this matter as Customer Care Executive of Airtel has denied my reversal request & Ignored my problem.
