Complaint marked as Resolved i have called to customer care no 040-44448080, they had provided their engineers for shifting, on 16th June they sent a sms with reference no 90445981 and engineer no 7013321724. I had called to him on 17th June, he said that he was not available to shift the dth, on the same day again i called to customer care, then they provided another engineer no 9701820415, i called him on 17th June, he said that he will come by 17th June end of the day, but he did not come, again i called to customer care on the same day and next day 18th June. They said that we will raise a complaint against engineer. Still the process is pending and no one called to me
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
