I have tried their customer care numbers, no use.
I sent email, but no response. Here i'm copying the same email that i have sent to airtel.

My digital tv customer id id [protected]
Name : onkara murthy hm.
As per the new rule i have selected only following channels.
1. Colors kannada
2. Colors super kannada
3. Tv 9 kannada
4. Public tv kannada
And few free channels maximum 7 to 8 channels only i have selected.
The total cost for the selected channels was 29 rupees only.
Finally after adding rs.153, the total amount after selection was rs.179/-
I have paid rs.180 on 2nd feb 2019. And recharged.
But you are not giving the selected channels instead you are
Cheating me by giving access to all unwanted channels.
I visited your airtel service center in kengeri upanagar.
They refused to take my request. They said the service is only for mobile telephone.
What should i do now?
