Hi,
I made a recharge of rs 1839/- on 15th april against my digit tv account [protected]-001. I was told that i would be getting a 3 month duration validity. On 17th when i switched on the tv, it started giving me the error that i have insufficient balance. I was later my the customer care that i need to maintain a minimal balance only then i can watch tv.
My question is very simple, when i have already paid for my account validity why do i need to maintain additional balance to watch the tv? Isn't this a fraud way of making money? Was this information helpful? |
