[Resolved]  Airtel — airtel dth connection channel choosing option

Took the airtel dth connection on 7th july 2019 by paying full amount for installation. I was told the option for choosing the channels will be available after registration of customer and the customer id will be conveyed by sms. Till date i haven't got the customer i'd or any option for selection of channels. I called customer care number and their customised call centre is not accepting my call since in their records i am not a airtel dth customer. I have sent complaint by mail for which no response was made from their end. Now the connection seems to be disconnected due to non recharge and i am not given the option for recharge.
