Dear sir/madam,
I have recently changed an accommodation in the same society and raised a request for my airtel dth connection id : [protected] to shift to the new accommodation.
Person came from airtel and un-installed my dth connection/aerial and suddenly disappeared and did not reinstalled to the new accommodation.
But despite of so many request/complaint (Complaint no :[protected] from last 10 days (Approx), i did not received any response on my connection re-installation form airtel dth.
Now i feel like i am cheated and been harassed by airtel.
If airtel cannot provide service then they should return my connection + installation cost.
Please help me with the needful.
