Airtel — airtel dth fraud with consumers

I have subscribed for 1 year airtel digital tv hd package in feb2018 paying rs.5999
Now airtel suddenly stopped showing star hd channels. They are not entertaining customer calls. I want to terminate airtel dth connection and want my refund back.
I dont care if star has increased their price but the package i opted for contains star hd channels. They cant remove it from my package like this. I want to make them understand and set an example so that they dont treat their customers like that.

Airtel is cheating customers and even 2 weeks is not completed when i opt the taken connection
