My customer id is [protected]. I am fed up with contacting airtel dth customer care, its useless. I have put a complaint regarding my dth signal issue on 11-sept-2017 and till now there is no resolution and on top of that one of airtel technical support guy took my view card. Contacting him to get the view card i got yelled.
Sometime the service guy never visit or contact and issue status changed to resolved/closed. So i have to contact again open issue and cycle repeat. I tried to put complain to one of senior executive (If he was) and that was also false promise.
Now for last 10 days no tv and doesnt look like the issue going to resolve any soon the way airtel conducting business. Was this information helpful? |
