Hi team, as per new rules i had selected my own package by going on airtel website and had submitted the request on 30th jan. However, there was no change in subscription and today they cancelled my old subscription too. When i call there customer care i am not allowed to speak to a customer care agent. I dont know where to complaint olease help.
Also note that airtel has given channel 998 to select packages via tv, however it only works if one choose the packages they are selling and not on alacart. Kindly help
