This is second time I am writing to file against Airtel as I get no response so far for my 1st complaint dated 21st Jan 2014. Following is the link of my 1st complaint:

It was told by the Area Manager that my problem will be solved on 24th Jan 2014 (7 - 8 PM). But no response from anyone so far. This is indeed a real problem from airtel for not taking any action on thier people. (I consider the issue like this: Now area manager also supporting his service engineer (who is the actual cause for this complete issue). But what is the necessary action taken on this issue & on these people (Area Manager & Service Engineer) from Airtel.)
I can't wait beyond this point. Need some justice. Please do the needful.
