I am currently residing in bangalore and i took airtel broadband for my home. I raised a request for disconnection on nov 2, 2019. After that one executive called me and confirmed the disconnection request, and asked me to pay the remaining bill. I told the executive please adjust the amount taken for security deposit while connect, and i will pay the remaining bill amount. But they didn't respond to anything and in december they called me and said that even after disconnection, they generated the bill for both november and december month and asked me to pay asap. I called customer care many times but they are saying you will have to pay the entire bill as it is already generated. This is pure harassment. I have the email confirmation for the disconnection and the internet was not even working. Please look into the matter.
