Dear Sir, / Mam,
First of all let me tell you your hello tunes are really good. Having
Said that i want to bring into ur notice that my mother age 59, uses
Airtel prepaid card mobile no: [protected]. (DND is active)
On 10 Sept 2014, while she was in Hyderabad, she received a SMS saying
"Thanks for downloading Muskurane as your hello tune you have been
charged 15 Rs for 90 day". which for obvious reasons she has not asked
for. we took it lightly.
Then on 10th Oct 2014 one more SMS came for AZ-CVHTUN saying, "your
hello tune subscription has renewed 6 Rs for 5 days. then today again
we received "your hello tune subscription has renewed 36 Rs for 30
days". on top of it you have also deducted some amount towards advance
talk time (which we never asked for). Because of all this today her
balance is 0.01 Rs.
Please justify this events. I tried calling 121 to talk to your
customer care executive but they are not responding so unfortunately i
have to write this mail to you. I have all the SMS's saved in my
mothers phone.
