Hi,
I applied for a local shift and to activate the airtel broadband connection, for the past 5 days, I have called their customer care, raised service requests, posted complaints and also submitted my concerns in their customer care.
Till now, I have not got a resolution. The only mistake that I did for going through this MENTAL TRAUMA is to take their broadband and landline connection 6 yrs back and been there loyal customer so far.
Now the same guys are giving me and my family MENTAL TRAUMA by not servicing a simple local shift. SOMEONE IN AIRTEL, please think from your customer's angle as well.
If you have grown so big that you cannot manage your growing customer base, please ignore this message. At least those who are taking new connection will benefit from this message.
