Train the customer executives (Ce) when they mention as everything free, mention clearly what exactly is free and what will be charged. Horrible experience with customer care. I took broadband connection for 799rs at the month of march from gangadhar j (Sr manager), without even notifying me plan was changed to 999rs. On checking in my airtel app later i found out and while checking with ce, they mentioned there will be 200rs discount every month so they didn't inform. Is that something you decide what to inform and what not to customers on whose name the connection is.
And obviously without any shame they had provided me free landline again claiming as all calls will be free anywhere across india. I asked her specifically, is it only airtel to airtel free, since i experienced same thing for postpaid connection as well. Shameless lady had mentioned no, its completely free and for this month (June) i had got charged for all my calls done from landline. This is how you provide customer service, i could understand you just want to sell off your product as much as possible. That doesn't mean by fooling people.
