I held a cocp connection with pepsico india which i wanted to terminate to individual connection. I had submitted the documents at airtel store in connaught place on saturday itself.
It is tuesday evening and i am still struggling to use my phone. Everytime i call up, i am told details are not updated and i need to call after 4 hours. I dont understand if my previous sim card had been deactivated yesterday night itself, then why is it taking so much time to start the new sim.
Now i am told that the details are not submitted and i need to visit the store again. Am i fool to just go around roaming at airtel stores for a simple thing.
Please help sort this out on immediate basis else i want to escalate this till the highest level. Was this information helpful? |
