A person has come to my place collected my documents and asked me to pay Rs.2584/- which is 3 months advance rental online. I have paid it and after a week got a call that as there is no ports available, broadband connection is not available and asked me to raise a refund request.
It’s been a month now from the day I raised this request and no proper response from the customer care team and refund is not credited in my account.
Kindly take action against this and let me know when the money will be credited in my account.

This is heights that I get a call now from Airtel stating the reference number is 82399080, when I initially raised the request for refund is cancelled due to no response.
I would need a proof against this that you guys contacted me and without even informing the ticket is closed, You guys just call and say I am sorry will not help.
