Airtel — Airtel Payment Bank extra charges

Airtel charging extra by cheating the customer. I tried recharging the mobile for 1498, and when I choose the credit card option if they charge extra they have to prompt for extra charges without which they are processing the payment and decline the transaction and then deduct the extra charges. There was no prior intimation to me on the charges and tech gaint like Airtel has no description on extra charges. They just talk on unnecessary topics then the ones required by the customer.
