I have been using Airtel connection for last 10 years. I have been using the number actively and i keep recharging it regularly.
On 28th Nov 2023 I received a message to submit the fresh set of documents otherwise will be disconnected as of 28th Nov 2023 which is on the same day. It does not provide any sufficient time to react. They deactivated the number the next day.
I am outside the country for work and will not be able to travel immediately to submit the documents. I called customer service and they mentioned the number is not active we cannot do anything. They asked me to visit the branch, so i asked my brother to visit the branch and check what can be done. The people in the store mentioned i personally need to visit and cannot have others going on my behalf.
Disappointed in the service.
