Hello,
To cut the long story short, i am fed up with airtel. Disappointed to say the least. And also angry after speaking with the customer service executive mr. Manoj (The floor manager, as he introduced himself.)
My name is arpan bhattacharya and my contact number is [protected]. The complaint is regarding my airtel mobile connection. There are 3 issues as mentioned below:
First, i have been charged a bill amount of rs 670 for the month of july 16. For your acknowledgement, i am on 399 combo plan which consists of 600 min local calling and 150 mins std calling.
The usage has gone up the limit as per airtel's record, which i don't agree to for i know my usage.
Second, i am given 1gb of 4g data which is been consumed 100 from 22nd of july to 7th of august as mentioned by the airtel. Which again i don't agree to because i have wifi connection both at home and at work and i generally use my mobile data while traveling. I do not watch videos on my mobile data.
Third, my billing cycle is 23rd to 22nd of every month. For the last month my bill was generated on 23 word of july, i suppose. When i logged in on my airtel account online i get to know that the due date of the bill is 11 august, 2016. And i have not received my bill for the month yet. I have been enrolled for the e-bill by mr. Manoj few moments back.
Apart from these 3 major issues with airtel, my experience has been totally unsatisfactory since i have come onboard with airtel. It's complaint id (Which i am writing to right now) doesn't respond. I have experienced this in the first month of coming onboard already. But i have no option left but to try to make my voice heard to the people at airtel. The customer care executives was very rude and totally not helpful on this.
This is to inform the authorities at airtel that i am not going to pay a single penny to you until my problem is solved and a fair solution is given. I don't earn money for you to take away by frauding.
Your sales people didn't tell me things that i get to know when i asked the customer executive. The charges on local landline and std landline was not communicated while selling the service by your sales team.
