Hi team,
This's surendhiran r, im using a airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] since 2006, im working in malaysia from 2012 and carried this number for my bank otp and other transactions
Recently last month 07 june 2017 my number got deactivated and my father went to check with the airtel store in trichy within the grace period (19 june 2017 - 22 june 2017) but there was no proper reply from customer care and "said will check and come back"and i reached india on 24 june and personally went to the airtel store and i got the same reply and they registered the complaint late on 26 june 2017, i told my situation that im back to malaysia on 02 july 2017 then they said ask your father to come and check again, finally they said cannot be reactivate the number again.
And i made a so many complained in online and got a call from bangalore airtel customer care[protected] on 12 july 2017 the person said still the number is registered under my name and said will escalate to next level after that i got call from different persons from airtel customer care every time they are saying will escalate the issue to concern department but till now im not getting a proper solution and the number is not activated..
As my number is linked to aadhar card, pancard, passport, voter id, driving license and bank as well, im struggling now and unable to do my bank transactions and other things
Help me to reactivate the number again
As the airtel store customer care person registered the complaint late and im loosing the number.
Its been almost a more than one month im contacting a customer care and airtel store but till now i didnt get any proper solution on this for reactivation of my number.
Even i send a email to the nodel office but they are not ready to escalate this issue to the technical team and simply saying the number is deactivated
The mistake made by a airtel store customer care till now no one is not responsible for this issue, i seen a worst response from the unprofessional airtel customer care
Kindly check this issue on a immediate basis and help me to reactivate the number again as im in need of this number urgently
Appreciate your swift reply and reactivation my number on urgent basis

I didnt received any resolution details from Airtel till now
Why the customer care person not activated my number with in the grace period, when approached the Airtel store ?
And the mistake made by AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE ITS YOUR RESPONSIBLE NOW TO REACTIVATE THE NUMBER AGAIN
ATLEAST APPOINT ONE PERSON/ SPECIAL PERSON TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE, DAILY NEW PERSON SENDING MESSAGES/CALLING AND THEY DONT KNOW THE REAL PROBLEM OF THIS ISSUE
IM FRUSTRATED, DISAPPOINTED, UNHAPPY WITH THE AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE SERVICES
ITS BEEN MORE THAN ONE MONTH (NUMBER DEACTIVATED ON 07 JUNE 2017 AND APPROACHED CUSTOMER CARE ON 19 JUNE 2017 - 21 JUNE 2017 FOR REACTIVATION) BUT
TILL NOW NO ONE IS NOT GIVEN A PROPER SOLUTION FOR THIS ISSUE
