I am airtel customer for long period, till date I am glad to use their service, today I had a very bad experience with employees from airtel office at Marathalli, Bangalore. This is the issue, my sim had a problem and totally no network coverage. it was for almost a week, I went to airtel office at Marathalli. When I approached one of those guy, he told me to provide passport copy, Driving license card copy, and address proof agreement with notary sign, like lawyer sign, the response was quite dull and when I asked him why such formalities are not there during new sim activation, he has told that it was done. People should understand the amount I need to spend for notary sign is expensive and surprise that why people have complicated the process for replacement. Though my interpretation might be wrong, but the response went to third rated kind which was surprising to me to expect from airtel employees for the first time. I am going to disconnect/ to say will heave the sim to trash and go for other subscribers. This is not the end, I seriously demand disciplinary action against those employees, if airtel wants to get their business smooth going forward. I am going to spread message on the issues across facebook and other community forums and wherever I think it will raise a heat at media level. Worst of all, the emp has underestimated my age and given bad response which hurt me lot. Was this information helpful? |
