"on 28th july while i was wrapping my work and about to leave for home, i picked up my phone from the table as usual but somehow it slipped from my hand and hit the work table on it's way to falling on the marble floor. It fell on its side and cracked the front screen and the rear side camera cover."
Firstly i tried uploading the docs on myairtel app on 28th july, then on airtel website but it was not showing my pin code there, so i spoke to customer care to resolve the query i was told i will get a call in 24 hours, it did not happen, i called again to be told that they cannot help me and i need to visit a airtel store to get help, i did that on monday 31st july where the executive said that airtel secure is a different department in all together and they have not connection with it but after some persuasion he did register my complaint and gave me the reference no 7825884, then i got a call from +91 [protected] yesterday telling me that i will receive a link in the next 48 hours to upload my docs, now i did get that link the same day and i uploaded all the docs, i spoke to the customer care and told them that the purchase bill is in the name of my brother as it was purchased from his flipkart account in dec of 2015, but i have been the one that is using the phone since then and for the same number that is registered with airtel, i was told to upload a self declaration form stating the same, i did that as well not i am not sure what else is required.
