I already make payment before 2 days, here I attached receipt of the payment made .
I don't understand, why it taking too much time to start my connection, all the local representative telling that there is not issue in connection, the connection is bared .
I already paid my payment, I have receipt no .

but system not updated my payment and my connection not started working till 21/12/2016 1.30 pm.
