Updated by Renu Kapkoti me and my husband using my airtel postpaid connection since 2013 and no doubt the service was too good.
we recently shifted to Noida sector 99, and from that day we are facing continuous issue with the airtel connection.
due to this single problem we are facing several issues in our daily life, as lots of my bank transaction failed just because of not getting the OTP on time, i could not contact any one in case of any emergency.
my mother in law living with my 1 year daughter alone at day time, she is facing the same issue, could not contact any one if any help required.
we dont think we are residing in a remote location, to bear such signal issues.
my airtel data card is also not working on same location.
please do need full, if it is not possible at airtel end then please make it clear that signal issue can not resolve their.
at least after this response we could reach out any other service provider.
your prompt action will be appreciated.
