[Resolved]  Airtel — Amount deducted from bank but failed bill payment with airtel.

Dear, I have made airtel online postpaid bill payment on 02 Oct 2016 Amount got deducted from HDFC bank .payment successfully . Money deducted from my HDFC BANK . But from airtel side they said money not reached them.and the transaction has failed. I have not received any refund to my bank after that. This is scam by airtel. They have disconnected my line while speaking. Details are mentioned below: Bank : HDFC Narration: [protected]-CITRUSAIRTEL :[protected] Dated: 02 Oct 2016 Amount : Rs.863.22 Transaction failure. Kindly look on to the issue and resolve it asap. Thanks Samar

Hi,

I have gone through the payment receipt. Now please once look into my bank statement which were not required to share airtel. it is clearly mentioned that the payment deductions. If any more clarification required please let me inform before making any mobile messages stating that, "THANK YOU FOR CONTACTING AIRTEL. HOPE THE CONCERN RELATED TO YOUR MOBILE HAS BEEN RESOLVED TO YOUR SATISFACTION. YOUR REFERENCE NO. IS F[protected], REGISTERED ON 07-OCT-2016 14:10"

REFERENCE NO.- SR71766993 STILL NOT RESOLVED.
