I made an auto-renewal request for data recharge on 21 or around 21 feb 2016. Now from last two days I am trying to discontinue auto-renewal of data recharge which is if Rs. 169/- for 14 days. I called 121 and informed, I was told that it can be done only from customer end. I tried following the steps but whenever I tried after a step I use to get an error "External application down. Please try latter”. from last two days I tried many times and called 121 customer care as well. today around 10 PM as well called and requested that this problem is coming. I was told that there is a problem going at server end so that could be the reason I am not able to de-register. Please refer conversation ref no:[protected]. I request that it should not be recharged being 06-mar-2016 it is going to be auto renewed. I was told and confirmed that it will not happen and the representative has made note of the same as well.
Now I got a message that it is auto-renewed and I have been charged with Rs 169. It is really strange. Request you to please immediately credit the deducted amount and stop this auto-renewal.
