I had auto renewal facility for my data pack of 1gb28days till 13th april 2016. I wanted to discontinue it, and so tried the*121# with all possible cides, in vain for about 3 hours. Then, called up customer care who very promptly deactivated the service. I got an sms to the effect on 12th april. My ref no. Is rmodc[protected] dt 12/4/2016, 23.09 hrs.
On 14th april, at 00.02 hrs, my data pack was renewed, ignoring the deactivation done by customer care!!!
So, i called up customer care in the morning, most of the time was spent listening to their boring hello tune. Finally the service person said that it cannot be deactivated by customer care personnel!!!
And that it has to be done by the customer only.
Why was this not told to me in 12th? And how come i got the deactivation message?
The supervisor then tells me that i have to use the net pack and that he can do nothing about the inefficiency of the system!!!
Is the sole purpose of airtel to loot their customers?
Airtel ought return my talk time of rs. 252 and deactivate my netpack properly and effectively, which they are refusing to do. Was this information helpful? |
