not activating the offer which has been recharged through flexi

I have recharged rs24 for the night pack offer to reduce the std call rate to 99ps from 2.65 but it did not get activated hence i had to suffer a lot of money. so i am not interested in continuing the airtel network connection and i also advice not to take any airtel prepaid connection....

Extremely poor service

Hello,

I'm writing this complain for my number[protected]. This no. is not working for 5 days now & there has been no update from Customer service. I have called customer service atleast 15 times as of now...When they are not able to help, these guyz keep transferring to one another and after atleast a call of 1 hour with them, when you call them the next day, to check the update. They would not even have the refernce...

Airtel live-portfolio manager failure

I installed the portfollio manager on august2007. it was worked satisfactory up to 25days, with supscription of Rs.99/- same as another Rs.99/- dedected my A/C on september 2007 without my knowledge,after dedect the amount gentlly send sms message to me on 18.9.07 .anyway now the portfollio manager not working-but run with out data's and sensex/nifty scrolling is displayed fetching data.... what can i do. many times contact your customer...

sms of cricket scores by airtel

sir/madam
inspite of giving assurance from customer care executives of AIRTEL customer service i.e. 121 , i m still getting CRICKET SCORES on my mobile . i can show my complaint number also which is not with me right now ... everytime AIRTEL executives assures me that "the service will stop in 24 hrs" and this they are telling my since last 10 - 12 days. although i have sent one sms also on 52206 but it is invain. kindly...
