Dear sir, i have been using airtel connection on my samsung galaxy note 3 (International version 4g/lte - sm n9005) for a long time and had no problem while availing any 4g offers until now but on 21st may 2017 suddenly amount from my main balance start deducing while i was using best offer pack (899 rs free calls+roaming+2gb per day). This pack was activated on 11 may and had no problem till now. I have been using the offers available for 4g sets for last few months and was enjoying these offers but when i called the customer care regarding my issue, the person there replied that my set is not 4g and so i wont be able to get this offer.
I explained to him that my set is not indian galaxy note3 which is 3g but international galaxy note 3 purchased from us and it is 4g/lte and also the fact that i have been using these offers for 4g sets since many months. Why the problem came now?
To my discontent he was not able to provide me any genuine solution and gave me solutions like restart the phone and remove the sim and place it again etc.
Sir i request you to please refund my balance deducted from my main account and also look into the issue so that i can keep enjoying the 4g offer for which i have paid 899 rs
