[Resolved] Airtel — Balance not transfered time to time by RD

Sir,
I am a retailer of airtel company from kashipur, dist-rayagada, odisha, 765015. My rd is not capable to send me the balance his service is not good.in 7 th october he went to tour for 10 days but he did not send balance for my easy sim before i told him. I have to paid him only three thousand seven hundred thirty seven for which i called him to paid the amount but he refused and said when i came from tour you will pay but i have no sufficient balance so that i can not give you the balance and cutoff the phone for which i am unable to do my business i am complained to the t. M but he did not respond me what will i do please help me.
