On 4th may 2021, i have ordered something on amazon and paid by Airtel bank virtual debit card vide transaction id with airtel bank was/ is[protected]
After this my Airtel bank wallet account was upgraded to airtel bank savings account. Meanwhile amazon has refunded Rs.239/- to my airtel wallet virtual debit card (which is not same as now the debit card number has changed after upgrading to savings account). I have contacted amazon and they have confirmed about the refund and as evidence they have shared/ given a reference number which is 75503721126048008107388 and the date of refund is 5th of May 2021 and the refunded amount is Rs.239/- which is still not reflecting in my airtel bank account.
After making me run from pillar to post and getting nothing from airtel.
Most importantly the Airtel bank has even disowned their airtel bank transaction id. It is a zero balance account and now they have done some negative transactions from themselves as my balance went to Rs-4/-.
I have been touch with airtel bank on facebook messenger, everytime they follow the procedure which is they will take all the details in mail, then they call and disown their transaction id which is created by their airtel bank, i have sent them the screenshot also, then they will ask to wait and after 2-3 days the same procedure is repeated.
My Airtel mobile number is [protected], and this same mobile number is the Account Number with Airtel Bank, under my name which is Alphi Chugh. Was this information helpful? |
