I used this Airtel Post paid no. regularly from 2011 and regular check the amount of bill during my bill period.
Today, when I was checking the Bill amount in My artel app. It was shocked to me that the Bill amount stated by the CCE was very much high for me. After the inquired from the CCE, I came to know that the bill amount was very high due to the ISD calls .
But the fact is that, I never activate the ISD call Facility on my Post Paid connections. And, my credit limit was fixed by the Airtel was Rs.2000 /- but as per the CCE of the Airtel bill amount was shown as around RS 2999.
It was shown to me false itself as per the fixation of Credit limit ., whenever the bill cross the Credit limit the Message and call from the CCE started to make the interim payment and I have not received any single call from the CCE o f Airtel .
I am working with Bharti airtel data center since 2010, my bill amount never crossed the Credit Limit . I never activated the ISD facility on my post paid connection . I never made any ISD call from my Number .
Also let me highlight one more thing today i have call up at CC so what response received that due to Amazon subscription your bill is increased what is this.
