Airtel — Billing related

Dear Sir/Madam,
I Have been using airtel prepaid with number [protected] since 7 years.Two months back i have received a call from airtel customer care excutive named pallvi her number [protected] and another call from mr.arjun his number [protected] and they asked me to migrate to post paid of Rs.299/-Plan and they said that first 500 local mintus will be free and after that the call charges will be 40paisa per minute.but they have charged 50 paisa per minute after completion of free minutes, 10 days back i have given a complaint to airtel customer care and i have also called the 4 times ref complaint No:471614 but without rectifying my problem they have closed the complaint.Kindly do need full.
