Hi,
I am an airtel consumer for more than 15 years. I hold 2 mobiles and one landline of airtel. I requested airtel to shift my landline connection from gurgaon to bangalore. They took my address and confirmed that it can be relocated. I was advised to carry my modem and instrument and i followed it.
After a week on my follow up airtel said that it take minimum 8 days. After 10 days, i could not reach to their help line as it was telling my landline number and customer id number invalid. After suffering for 15 days, i wrote an email. Then i got a call saying that they do not have free dp for relocation so they cancelled my connection without informing me. What a fun!!! My security amount is eaten up. On top of it, i am asked to pay a bill generated after cancelling my connection.
Also see the real fun. They are also telling me that they can not relocate but if i apply for a new connection, they would give me as same address. They have free dp for new connection. What is the logic?
Do they think customer is stupid? I wish jio brings airtel in huge loss and it closes down.
