I had subscribed for the new broadband connection on either 3rd September or 4th September. But I have received the message that Bill has been generated on 12th September (i.e., within 10 days of subscription) and the due date to pay the Bill is 1st of October.
I have also received another message mentioned as Usage Data has been exhausted, But I have not used 80 GB of subscribed data within 10 days.
I tried calling customer care minimum 10 times, but no response from them to solve the issue. To whom should I raise the complaint? Was this information helpful? |
