The airtel broadband connection is requested to disconnect on 12th august and the connection got disconnected in next 2 days. And the reference number is 71548122. After a months time (24th sep), i got notice from airtel saying the connection is disconnected from airtel on 18th august as per request.
In between i was making multiple calls to customer care to know the status where they found the connection is still live and asked them to raise complaint/issue on this and they raised another request for disconnection on 10th sep whose reference no: 72771934.
But the bill is generated based on 9th sep which i confirmed with calling the call centre.
2 bills have been shared for the period : 5th aug till 4th sep (Rs:771) and
Another for 5th sep till 7th sep (Rs:144), saying connection usage is there for this period of september as well where i got confirmation letter from airtel saying connection is disconnected on august 18th.
Here as they show its shows usage pattern for september is recorded where the connection disconnected on august itself and i took bsnl before 12th august itself and not using airtel thereafter.
