1. I want to request for an action on a frequently repeated fault in landline + broadband phone No[protected] with Airtel Account Number [protected].
2. The line has been not working for 10 days out of the last 14 daus. Presently, the line is not working from the last 7 days. I have contacted the customer care as well as the area lineman and area service technician, however they have not acted on my compliant even after repeated requests.
3. Thereafter, I contacted the Airtel rajastahna Nodal/ Appellette Authority. Thay provided me with a Service Request No[protected] for my coplaint.
4. After escalation of my problem, I have received at least 4 calls from the Maintenance team - each time from different personnel and each time I had to explain the entire issue. I was patient enough every time I got a call as I was very optimistic that the issue will be resolved now since it has been brought to the notice of the responsible team.
5. However, I am still writing this complaint from my mobile using my Mobile Data as myBroadband is still Out of Service. No action has been done on ground, neither has any service personnel came to my residence to investigate and diagnose the problem.
6. I have been a loyal customer of Airtel for many years now - through my Mobile Prepaid connection, then through my Airtel TV connection, and now finally through my Landline+Broadband Connection. For the first time am I facing such a difficult time to let my problem be "heard".
7. Financially speaking, I would be paying my monthly rental for the month of July for actually using only 15days of service.
8. New connections are provided within 12 hours, however existing customers are left hanging in air with no redressal of their complaints for 7 days - isn't it unfair and wrong @ Airtel India?
