Airtel — Broadband Modem Refund Rs 1000 not received

I had cancelled my broadband connection, as the Airtel couldn't delivery the speed they promised. They promised 100 mbps and could only deliver 24 mbps. After disconnecting, the customer care called and said that modem should be given back and 1000 rs deposit will be refunded. The technician came and took the modem Jan 6, 2022.

I have still to get the refund and their customer care is worthless. Cannot get a hold of anyone to get my money back.

What a waste company. Still no contact or resolution of my issue, even after 4 months.
