My name is Arpita dubey and my airtel landline number is 4233689. I made a request to reactivate my broadband connection on 28th dec 20 and i was told that it will take 4 working days and gets resolved by 31 dec 2020. When i called after 4 days to get the updated status i was told that ur activation request is registered today only even after sharing refrence request number of my previous request they didnt listen me and raised new request. Now they are saying it will be activated by 2nd Jan 9.36 am. Also i am getting calls from airtel customer care that it is mandatory to switch to postpaid broadband in order to reactivate broadband connection and also saying that after one month of postpaid broadband i can switch same connection to prepaid. Whereas when i discussed same thing to airtel customer care by calling them they said there is no such scheme of transferring same connection to prepaid from postpaid. In just one day i spoke to 7-8(muskan, sonali, Karan, Ashwini, Jyoti, Moorthy, Umakant etc...) of customer care dept and each one in coming with different stories. Also they are very annoying they dont listen to customer and keep telling the same thing what they know even when its incorrect.
Airtel seriously don't care about his customers and i am a big proof of dat.
