I have received a call from Airtel customer support regarding the new broadband plans and the Landline connection along with it. They have checked my PIN code online and they said the connection is available at my place and therefore I was interested in taking a new connection and they have sent the agent to collect money. I paid 2, 662 INR for 3 months on November 30, 2016. And till now I did not hear from them regarding the connection. When I called the customer service numerous times they keep asking me to call the same number again and choose the same option to get connected to them. Nobody is interested to solve my problem. Airtel has one of the worst customer support team. And apart from this, regarding my mobile phone, I got ported to Airtel from Idea 6 months back and till date everyday I keep receiving calls to port to Airtel. I keep telling them not to call me regarding this as I have already ported to Airtel long back and I keep asking the agents to make some annotations on my account so that they dont call me back but till today I have been receiving these calls.
Please do not apply for new broadband connections from Airtel, they take the money and then they tell you that the services are not available after a month or two when you keep calling them and you will never receive the refund. Was this information helpful? |
