Regarding refund issue
I paid money for new broad band connection and no feasibility in our location. So we applied for refund.. Then i got a cheque with mistaken in name.. So am unable to claim cheque amount.. So we request u for change the name in cheque and send again..
For that name change option they send procedure further name was corrected to sreeramdas subramanyam.. For claim the refund we need a new cheque with corrected name..
I have sent lots of mails regarding the issue.. Lost patience.. Please look in to this case solve as possible..

They wantedly send incorrectly named check.. And they are cheating people..
Totally it has been completed 45 days from which i paid..
Every time different people calling and seeking another 5 days for resolving issue.. Not one solved it.
Worstest network and customer care.. I never encourage airtel to others.
