Airtel — Bundle Issue

In my airtel Application I see 9numbers bundled without any consent or prior information.

As I have seen the distractions in my broadband connection I called to customer care number why there is an issue then they said that there are 9numbers bundled in your account so until and unless you recharge your account will not be activated. Then I said that those numbers doesn't belong to me, in that case they raised the issue and said that they will unbundle it. inspite of telling them several times they haven't reacted but activated Wifi for few days it was fine but again the same issue is being repeated so I called them for unbundle those numbers which or not mine but the response from their end was worst. They are not acting properly due to which my WFH is getting effected.

Until and unless they unbundle I cant get my broad band connection back but the issue is from their end why should I suffer for that. My work is being pending due to this.

Please take immediate action.
