Airtel — Cancellation refund of airtel fiber due to feasibility issues

Address:Raipur chattisgarh

I paid total sum of rs 3003 on 4th june 2022 for my new airtel fiber connection
But due to feasibility issues
They suggested me for cancellation
And now till this date not even a single penny is added to my account
Is that a fraud or what!?
