[Resolved]  Airtel — cannot call 59059 for activating sim with airtel signals

I have airtel signals on the new sim. Ported the number from idea but just cannot call 59059 or any other number.
Can you please call my alternate number[protected] and help.

I have been trying to get this working for a week now with almost no customer service or support from airtel store. The store has already changed my sim multiple times and sent me home saying it will activate in 4 hours but it has not. The signals are showing on the phone but i cannot call 59059. It is important for this number to be active as it is my primary number.

I am a senior citizen and really disappointed with the kind of support and treatment i have received from airtel.

We had the visit the Airtel store again and the store rep. did somethnig on the phone and his system.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
