As per the subject, I am raising complaint on Airtel company for not providing the needs of the customer. In my Apartment there are nearly eight to ten flats and most of them are using Airtel. The problem we are facing is that, we are not able to use the internet (Data). In view of this, many complaints were raised, but nothing seems to be working. For your perusal, below are the complaint raised by me, for which no solution has been provided till now. Also the customer support are not answering with the required standards. Every time they give the answer that it will be sorted out in 2 days.
In this regard, I need proper justification to say why am i supposed to pay for the internet for which am not using. Else, i need the answer why it is not working (sometimed i have 2 kbps) properly in that locality.
We were not able to work during the pandemic situation, also the online classes for our children has become a major hurdle with this type of network connectivity.
