Airtel — cashback not received for recharge more than 35 rs as per offer

Hi, i have done recent last 2 recharges for 2 mobile numbers using airtel app via airtel bank payment during the offer period. As per offer had to receive 10 rs cashbacks, but not received. If cashbacks are not there, then why needed to mention like that. This is a new kind of business strategy from airtel or what. Please provide me with mentioned cashbacks.

Please do not share any personal or banking details if you are getting any call telling that calling from customer care for service. Please don't follow them blindly.
