Airtel — change of plan for recharge of dth multi connection tv

Kindly this is to inform you that system of airtel dth is totally fraudulent,
I could not choose my airtel cable connection plan because they have misguided me every time whenever i have called the customer care service. From the past two days i have called the customer care service several times for the above but every time the person receiving my call passed the call to someone else & then again the same cycle continues & my problem is not solved. I being a senior citizen & a customer of airtel has been harassed like this.
Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.
